Shelly Jesmer brings more than six years of business development experience to the landscape industry, combining a passion for building strong client relationships with a creative eye for landscape design. Originally from Plano, Texas, Shelly attended both Oklahoma University and George Mason University, where she developed the communication and relationship-building skills that continue to drive her success today.

Shely is also highly skilled in Landscape Pro renderings, helping clients visualize and bring their outdoor spaces to life. In addition, Shelly has completed Sandler Sales Training, further strengthening her expertise in consultative selling and customer service.

Shelly values family, friendship, and meaningful connections both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family and staying active at the gym. She is proud of earning her bachelor’s degree and considers raising her two children, Riley and Kaden, among her greatest accomplishments. Shelly and her husband, Jason, enjoy creating lasting memories together through family adventures and shared experiences.

Hank the “H” in SRH is an 11 year old golden retriever who helps design the paw-fect landscape design. Outside of his official duties, Hank is passionate about fetch, belly rubs, duck hunting, swimming, and sneaking naps in the shade of freshly planted trees. With a nose for adventure and a heart full of loyalty, Hank keeps the crew smiling and reminds us all to enjoy the landscapes we work so hard to create.rnrnWhen he’s not busy supervising landscaping projects from his favorite sunny spot, Hank can be found conducting quality control inspections of newly installed irrigation systems—usually by splashing through them with unbridled enthusiasm. His keen eye for detail extends to soil analysis (which involves a lot of digging and the occasional buried treasure hunt), and he’s particularly skilled at identifying the perfect locations for shade trees, having personally tested countless spots for optimal napping conditions. Hank believes that every great landscape should include at least one perfect stick, plenty of room to run, and a cozy corner where hardworking crews can take a well-deserved break with their four-legged supervisor.
